    Unbeknownst to some, these are in-shell. Crack them apart using your teeth and dispel the shell. Don’t digest the shell itself! It gets easier once you get the hang of it.

    Impossible To Open So I Ate Them Hole “Big Mistake” The Highly Salted Shell Gave Me Mouth Ulcers also Extremely High Blood Pressure it tasted like a Catle Lick

    You can’t even taste the pumpkin seeds, you just get a mouthful of salt. Not nice at all.
