Cinnamon Sugar Pecans

- 1 Oven Tray
- 1 Large Mixing Bowl
- 1 Small Mixing Bowl
- 1 Whisk
Ingredients
- 1 Egg White
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 400 Grams J.C's Natural Pecans
- 200 Grams Sugar Granulated or Caster
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 2 Tsp. Cinnamon
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 120°C and grease a roasting tin/baking sheet with oil
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg white and vanilla extract for a few minutes until frothy
- Add the pecans and mix until coated.
- In a small bowl, mix the sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add this to the pecans and stir to combine.
- Pour into the prepared tray and spread out into one layer. Roast in the oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool
